Hello, I am using Larch and Athena together and I just have a question about the magnitude plots and its effect (if any) on EXAFS modeling. Below are plots of the same merged samples using the same setting values. I noted that the plot in Larch begins below 0 and just want to make sure this is not a setting I missed in Larch? Dear Chris,
seen similar issues with Larch. The data (edge Jump 0.25), 200.k counts per channel. Used Fluorescence signal for Athena and Larch. Used the same parameter and got different result. Very similar to yours …

Thanks Stefan, The odd thing was because I saw slightly different things, I also imported the athena data to Larch directly to compared the plots but I think it might my own doing by changing the plot window parameters. Hi Chris,
It looks to me like the y-axis is only showing 1 significant digit, which
is a little strange. (0 is shown 1, but "2" is shown 3 times) I don't
think I've seen that. Can you send data or a project that shows this?

Hi Matt, Thanks for the quick reply. I believe this is an artifact because I was zooming and playing with the window values to compare Athena and Larch on my small laptop screen. Below are two ss of the same plot before and after zooming to ~ 0 - 6 A and then expanding the window with my mouse. It reproduces the extra tick values for 2 and 0 on the mag axis.
