[Ifeffit] iXAFS for OS X 10.6

Hi Paul,

Sorry for not responding earlier, it was actually Ken who had the  
surgery.

We have a major bug in the 10.6 beta. I will ask Ken to send you a  
copy of the beta and let him explain the path forward.
