[Ifeffit] Deconvolution of XANES spectra

Dear all,

I would like to know whether some of you do have experience in deconvoluting XANES spectra in order to remove both, lifetime and experimental broadening. If so, what programs are you using for this purpose? 

Any hint would be of great help
