[Ifeffit] Mac installer for 10.4 with horae-048

Hi Paul,

I think that the installer is not writing files to /Library/Perl/. 
I've seen this on one Powerbook running 10.4.  I'll try it on a
desktop as soon as I get a chance.  Could this be a permissions
issue???  I now have access to a 10.4 machine and may be able to build
an installer for 10.4 this week.    Sorry to all you Mac users: I've
also been out of town and am now supporting users, so haven't had a
lot of time to get to this.
