Hi Bruce, How can I open the phase correction function in fitting using demeter athena and artemis? cheers, Shaofeng
Shaofeng, would be nice if you would specify you question/problem. I use Artemis and Athena, both 0.8.xxx In Athena I mark the field of "Phase correction" in the window of Forward Fourier transform. In Artemis you have to load first experimental data and the Feff paths, then in the card of experimental data (you mark experimental data) in the window of "other parameters" you select the "path to use for phase correction" cheers kicaj W dniu 13-02-19 16:52, wangshaofeng@iae.ac.cn pisze:

Thanks. I mean the demeter version 0.9.14, not the ifeffit version.

kicaj,
I use demeter 0.9.14. In athena, I marked the phase correction field, but no change of R space curve was found.
In artemis, the phase correction field is gray and can not be marked.
Thanks
Shaofeng

Shaofeng, so I can not help so much. I can only think if you opened projects from older/other version of demeter - in such case can be problems with back compatibility. In Artemis the phase correction is done to the one of nearest type of ions, thus you have to have already loaded FEFF calculations (paths). regards kicaj W dniu 13-02-19 17:51, wangshaofeng@iae.ac.cn pisze:

Phase corrected Fourier transforms have not been implemented yet in Artemis and the central atom phse shift feature in Athena is broken, but only on Windows. I will try to address each of those in the next release.
