I have just installed the newest version on my Mac. I tried to deglitch some of my data and can nicely remove the glitch from the data in the visualization. if I try to save the data, it just saves the data unchanged. Tried this several times and restarted larix several times.
I don’t experience that problem. If I remove a point, I can save it as a new group, and that new group does have the points removed. Can you send an example or more information?
there is also still a bug in the loading dialog. If I try to load my data in transmission I choose „log“ and „Ioni1“ and „Ioni2“. If I load again files the software remembers correctly the "Ioni1“ and „Ioni2“, but „-log“ is selected. (Spec-like files)
I don’t see that, but I’ll also say that I am often reading data of both fluorescence and transmission, so I am used to checking that.
Could this be specific to loading Spec files?
