I don’t experience that problem. If I remove a point, I can save it as a new group, and that new group does have the points removed.

 

Can you send an example or more information?

I don’t see that, but I’ll also say that I am often reading data of both fluorescence and transmission, so I am used to checking that.

 

Could this be specific to loading Spec files?
