[Ifeffit] OS X Mactel

Hello All: Jeff Terry's tar archive with installable binaries of Ifeffit and horae for OS X Mactel has been put on the MRCAT web site http://mrcat.iit.edu/iXAFS.tar.gz Instructions for installation are in the tarball.
