[Ifeffit] Problem opening Demeter in Windows - doesn't work at all

If it's a problem starting (D)Athena/Artemis,  it may be related to
Path issues (we've seen some conflicts with other MinGW programs).
Try opening a Windows command terminal and running

   C:\strawberry\perl\site\bin\dathena.bat

(that's what the icon link is running).  That might give a useful
output message.
