[Ifeffit] ifeffit on Lion

Hi George, 

I hate to admit it but I also like to use ifeffit by itself on occasion. 
 
It is in the iXAFS package under the iXAFS shell. 

It has been a long time since I built it myself, but I believe that I used the pgplot version from fink:
