[Ifeffit] Why I can't install ifeffit?

I don't konw why I can't intall ifeffit. As I run the Anthena programm, it prompted me the following message:  Cannot execute grwnd.exe to open the graphics window. I don;t know how to resolve this problem. wish to obtain guidance. Thank you.
