One thing that Matt was trying to say in his response yesterday is
that your problem is unfamiliar to us.  Literally hundreds of people
use our software successfully on Windows machines, so we know it works
in most cases.  But it is not clear to us why it is not working on
your computer.  Matt's intention was to get more information about
what is happening on your computer so that we might be able to figure
out the problem.

I am particularly curious to know if a window pops up when you click
on GrWnd.exe, as Matt suggested?
