[Ifeffit] What confidence limit is implied in the error bars

Thank you so much for all the help. I very much appreciate the help and
the advice on how to approach this problem. I have a MUCH better idea now
of what downfalls, considerations, and benefits that are associated with
the least-squares fitting and the errors associated with this technique.
