[Ifeffit] Artemis: Error in laoding additional FEFF paths?

Well based on both this and Matt's recommendation, I am going to have 
to go back to aquaterm.
It was a nice program but still had a lot of bugs the last time that I 
used it.

The printing option is also really useful.
