[Ifeffit] Problems compiling ifeffit

Hi Norbert,

Could you start with a fresh source kit (or do 'make distclean'),
and then do

./configure > conf.out
make > make.out

and send me the results.  For what its worth, 'tputs' really
ought to be in either ncurses or termcap.  I thought this worked
with SuSE 8.0, and it definitely works with Redhat 7.x, 8.x, and
at least one Debian system...
