Feff82 OS X binaries

Feffusers,

I have fixed the segmentation fault error many of you are recieving when
you run the new Feff82 Altivec OS X binary. The reason for the fault is
the binary does not have enough memory to execute.  To fix this, the new
feff82Altivec_osx.tar file contains three files:

1. feff82, a script to run the feff82 binary
2. feff82.exe, the feff82 altivec binary
3. readme

Please make sure both the feff82 script and the feff82.exe binary are in
the same directory.  Instead of running the binary, run the feff82 script
instead.  This will set the stacksize to unlimited and run the feff82.exe
binary, this will make sure the binary has enough memory to run.  The
readme also descibes this process.
