Dear Robert Gordon,  Hello,  Thank you so much for the reply. Yes, it turned out that I was using a relaxed model of CdSe where I should have changed the space group accordingly. When I replaced the input file with the correct one, everything went fine with no error messages,  I appreciate your help,  Moneeb
