I've just started doing EXAFS analysis and I have a few questions. I imported EXAFS data (prepared by Athena) into SixPack and ran a principle component analysis on the date. I then ran some target transforms of the dominant components targeting different compounds we thought could be part of the data. This has yielded some extremely useful indicators of which compounds are most likely in the sample. However, there's a limited amount of information available from the SixPack PCA. Is there any way to find out information about the makeup of components? The "Save Components" option doesn't work. Also, for the target transform feature: is there any way to find out how much of each component is used to make the transform? Presumably, this information would need to be calculated in order to make the transform in the first place, but I can't find any way to access that information. I've found SixPack very helpful, but if there's other PCA's that provide these features, that would also be useful. Thanks, Ethan Brown
