Deconvolution of K-edge of lanthanides

Hi all, I am dealing with some spectra of Er and Yb in the K-edge. Does somebody was doing the deconvolution of the spectra in these energies? I will appreciate all the help to treat the spectra in this high energy regions. Kind regards, euG

This might be what you are looking for: http://dx.doi.org/10.1088/0953-4075/33/15/301 A little bit of time with google scholar turns up a bunch of other results in both energy and R space.
