Re: [Ifeffit] Can Artemis Simulate a FT Spectrum?
Matt,
Thank you. How would I go about making a theory sum? Would I have to do
that in another graphing program or can it be done in Artemis?

Hi Robert,
Starting from Artemis' Theory menu, you can build a set of Feff Paths
that correspond to your model (say, starting with crystallographic
data). As you do this, you can import these paths into the current
project. Once imported, use the Sum menu to add up paths to make
chi(k).

I was wondering if it was possible for Artemis to simulate a FT spectrum, I have a model and would like to visually see what the simple R-space spectrum would like so see if there are any similarites at all to my sample. I'm not sure if the reason it doesn't converge is because the signal level is too low or if it is the wrong model all together.
