Matt,
Have you ever tried to save LC fitting results done using derivatives- we did as we were doing for any fitting done using nor spectra- that is use “write a report” option. However it does not save what we see in the LC fitting graphic window. Why is that? How do we know what’s been saved when we do that? How can we get it saved to generate stack plots on excel?
I'm not I've ever tried to get the report from a derivative LC fit, so I'll ask the Ifeffit mailing list. Anyone know how to extract this info easily? --Matt
Hi Ganga, I don't quite understand. Is the problem that you do an LCF fit using the derivative and some other feature does not work? Or is the problem that you do the fit in derivative and, when you save the result, something otehr than derivative is written to the file?
