What would be really useful is to make a searchable database with links to original publications (many of them are more than 20 years old but are still the best resources on many issues) on many subjects discussed in this list.
Anatoly, This seems like an awfully good start: http://scon155.phys.msu.su/~papers/ In fact, you seem to be the first hit for a search of "cumulants"! Alexander seems to have done a very nice job. Some more web-fu would be nice -- for instance, actual links to the articles or to their DOI numbers would be very helpful for those of us lucky enough tobe at institutions with extensive subscription collections. Mirrors of the database and web page on other continents might also be helpful.
