As I understood he wants to measure angles from multiple scattering... do it by calculation taking the known values of multiple and single scattering path... darek

I don't quite understand the question. Perhaps you can offer a few more details about what you are trying to do.... Are you doing EXAFS analysis considering these MS paths? Are you trying to explore the effect of bond angles on your XANES calculations?
