Hi Mark, It's hard to say exactly what the problem is, but I have a few suggestions to explore. The bit that I quoted is the most useful part of the log file. Suggestion #1: Make sure that you have permission to read and write files in %APPDATA%/Roaming/demeter. It is not clear from your email name whether you are "spodosol1". If you are not "spodosol1", then the problem might be that you are not able to read from write into spodosol1's appdata space. Suggestion #2: Make sure that you antivirus software is not misidentifying Ifeffit.dll as a threat. (Well, it is a threat, in a manner of speaking, but not the kind that your AV software should be worrying about!) Your IT folk should be able to help you configure your AV software to allow loading Ifeffit.dll, if that is, in fact, the problem. You're not the first EPA person to report this problem. We heard from Matt Noerpel last year with the same (apparently) problem. I am not sure what his solution was. If you know Matt, you might consider asking him if he ever found a solution. Do let me know if any of that pans out. I have one more thought that we might try, but I want to let you give a stab at all that before we try my other thought.
