Hi Stefano, I don't have a problem plotting from artemis and other Ifeffit applications: they each use a separate Aquaterm plotting window. For better debugging, I'd suggest opening the artemis Ifeffit buffer (Edit->Display Ifeffit buffer) and typing 'testplot' in the command window. This is supposed to generate a simple plot that may help diagnose the problem. It seems that the problem may be project dependent -- perhaps sending the project file would help. --Matt
