Dear Prof., I am facing an issue while processing my XAS data in Athena. When I load my dataset (Pt foil.dat), the software shows the message: “XANES data cannot be plotted in k” and it does not generate any plots at all. From what I understand, this usually occurs if the software does not recognize the correct element or edge. However, even after checking the energy range and parameters, the problem persists. I noticed that in my session Athena automatically set the element to W (74, Tungsten, L2-edge) instead of Pt (78, L3-edge). I am not sure if this mismatch is causing the issue, but I have been unable to correct it successfully. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this problem?
