[Ifeffit] Warning:ifeffit on OS X

Do not install OS X 10.2 if you rely on ifeffit under OS X. The readline libraries break and ifeffit cannot be used. A quick web search revealed that others have seen the problem and a quick attempt to recompile readline by myself has failed: missing symbols. Jeff
