[Ifeffit] a Windows GUI for wavelet transformation of EXAFS

Dear XAS community, I would like to share a Windows GUI for wavelet transformation of EXAFS. It is written in Python by my student Zhihang Ye. There are also other applications developed by different groups. This one may be more user-friendly.
