Dear Guvenc,
if I understood your question correctly, this might be a way to get what you want: when you save the residual as "chi(k)" you probably get a two column file where column 1 is "k" and column 2 is "chi(k)". If you are saving the residual plus data and fits you will have more than two columns in the file, but it shouldn't be hard to identify which is the residual. Open this file in a spreadsheet program (such as Origin, Igor, Excel, etc) and then create a new column, setting its values as [((column"k")^3)*(column"residual chi(k)")]. That should allow you to plot the k-cube-weighted residual as a function of k. Was that your goal?
