[Ifeffit] Update on importing Hephaestus Fe standard

Hi All, I wanted to add a quick update in that the Fe standard from Hephaestus can be imported as a mu(E) file in athena. Perhaps the file type assigned by Hephaestus is the only problem here. Cheers, Paul
