[Ifeffit] Importing the generated paths by FEFF9.6 to Artemis

Hi Esmael,

The feffNNNN.dat files generated by Feff9 or 10 for EXAFS (and the correct
PRINT flags -- I believe exactly the same values as for Feff8) should be
usable in Artemis (or Larch/XAS Viewer).  Is that not working for you?
