[Ifeffit] Question about CsNO3 L3 edge

Hi everyone,
My colleague sent me data of liquid CsNO3 sample measured using
fluorescence model. According to the attached figure, I don't understand
why mu(E) increased with increasing energy before and after the L3 edge.
Does it make sense for cesium?  Thanks.
