[Ifeffit] Sn 2+

[Ditty Dixon]

Dear All,

Could someone please share Sn K edge spectra of any Sn(II) sample measured
along with Sn metal foil.

SnCl2 from Hephaestus seems miss-aligned and  Farrel Lytle has only L edge
data,
