[Ifeffit] Help--save k(q) data in larger k range

I believe Athena writes out chi(q) over the full k-range of the data.  It
will /calculate/ chi(q) and show it out to much further than the data
range.  Any value that chi(q)  may have past the original data range is not
very useful.    Actually, chi(q) itself is not very useful.
