[Ifeffit] *****SPAM*****about sigma square

Dear all,

I have a question about sigma square. Must this parameter be in the range of 
0.003-0.02? I obtained some of it in the range of 0.0001-0.002. Is this 
reasonable? Could please provide some reference?
