[Ifeffit] Demeter version 0.9.22 do not work properly in Windows 10

You have to give me enough information that I have a fighting chance of 
understanding the problem.  See

the bit about capturing error messages.

You may not use Kaspersky, but similar behavior might result from any 
other AV solution.

I should mention that I do not have a Windows 10 machine to do my own 
testing on, nor am I likely to anytime soon.  I don't use Windows of any 
stripe at home and Windows 10 is not yet allowed on the network here at 
Brookhaven.  So if there is a problem specific to Windows 10, it is 
going to be a hard one for me to address.
