[Ifeffit] Unable to run Demeter on EPA computers

Thank you for your time, Bruce.

The IT person tried it with and without the AV running (Symantec) and
neither worked.  Additionally, the AV does run in Safe Mode.  I agree the
problem is with our computer setup and not the software.  I will let the
list know if we figure out what is causing the problem.
