[Ifeffit] Demeter installation on Mac El Capitan

Dear Bruce, 

I try to instal Demeter on a Mac running El Capitan. 

I carefully followed the procedure (installation of Xcode and Macports), and I type the command: sudo port install xorg-server demeter in a terminal window. 

Unfortunately, after about 30 seconds, I am stuck with the following message: --->  Computing dependencies for xorg-server

Would you have any suggestion?
