[Ifeffit] Installing demeter from source on Yosemite?

Anders,

That's probably not the right thing to do.  In fact, that part of the 
Build script looks to be horribly broken.

Is there anything in blib/arch/auto/Ifeffit/ ?  I think the file 
Ifeffit.dylib should be there.
