This is fixed at the head of the github repository, as is the problem
with plucking indicator values that Ian reported the other day.
Windows installer packages labeled as "0.9.22 pre1" are available at
http://bruceravel.github.io/demeter/#windows
Ian, I think both bugs are fixed. If you could give them a try and let
me know if you do not agree, that would be great.

PS: No progress yet on the plotting problem reported the other day that
I thought was a gnuplot bug.
