[Ifeffit] Demeter Crashes on opening in Windows Bootcamp

Ganesh --

I think the error message is the same because the problem is the same:
gnuplot.exe  is not being found in the PATH.   And, indeed,
C:\strawberry\c\bin\gnuplot\bin is not in the PATH used when running
dartemis.bat.     The message is telling you that it needs to be.

I believe that the Demeter batch scripts (dartemis.bat, etc) inherit the
system-wide PATH variable, and do not explicitly set the PATH.   This is
probably why the log file shows several MATLAB folders in your PATH -- this
could also cause problems, such as finding the wrong version of some DLL.
I know I've run into problems with path confusion when multiple versions of
perl are installed on a Windows machine.  If the batch scripts explicitly
set the path to be exactly (and only) what is needed to run the programs,
it might better avoid such problems.  I don't quite understand how the
batch files are created in Demeter's build system.

But, coming back to your immediate issue: try making sure your PATH does
include C:\strawberry\c\bin\gnuplot\bin.
