[Ifeffit] Artemis closes when I try to open a project file or import data

Well, I am glad that solved the problem.  While I don't have any clue
how that file got corrupted (it's supposed to be an ini file, yours
was filled with about 300 NUL characters -- weird!), I was able to
craft a solution to that problem.  Since Demeter uses several ini
files, I found a solution that deals gracefully with any of them being
corrupted in that way and pops up a window with a fairly useful error
message (see attached screenshot).

This fix will be included in the next release.  Until then, if the log
file in %APPDATA%\demeter complains about a problem in
"C:/strawberry/perl/site/lib/Config/INI/Reader.pm", then the work-around
is what I suggested to Kurinji.
