[Ifeffit] cannot run demeter 0.9.19

That's troubling.  I had another person here at BNL who say that same
error message.  Commenting out the line with "SplashFast" in it worked
for him.

If that doesn't do the trick, then I am genuinely puzzled.  Let me
think about it during lunch and get back to you.
