It's a bit hard for me to tell  whether the question is about how to
operate the program, or about some problem with operating it the way
you think it should work.    Why can't you set all the parameters?
Are you unable to do this, or this something that you want to not do?
Similarly, why can't you guess all the parameters?   Is it that the
Artemis GUI is not letting you do this?
