[Ifeffit] Help to run Demeter on Windows XP (So. Muru)

Out of curiosity, do you have MinGW installed (or any other program that
includes libgfortran-3.dll)? I found that a conflict occurs if the MinGW
bin path is listed before Strawberry Perl in the system PATH variable.
