[Ifeffit] Demeter install for Administrator/User computer

Hi

Is there an install of Demeter for use on Administrator/User computers?  I
tried to install the general version on an Admin/User workstation in our
lab and the software fails to launch.  But on my personal labtop, I have no
problems.
