[Ifeffit] problem install horae ubuntu 12.04 Precise

I am currently in India for research and I won't be able to look into  
this until I return on the weekend.

It looks like the libifeffit-parl package needs to be rebuilt against  
a newer version of Perl.  I can only do that when I get back to  
Chicago and then I will put it into my repository immediately so that  
you can install it from there.

Please bug me if you don't hear from me shortly.
