[Ifeffit] maximum number of paths in Artemis

Yuan, All,

Versions of Artemis built using the DLLs that Matt compiled can be
found at

  http://cars9.uchicago.edu/~ravel/misc/athena+artemis/artemis/

One version of Artemis has been assembled for each size DLL that Matt
made and each is named following Matt's naming scheme.

There are use instructions in the "README.txt" file, which should be
displayed when you point your browser at that URL.

I have tested these only cursorially, so please let me know if
anything is obviously wrong.
