OK... you have now asked the same question three times.  

I suspect that you will get as little response this time as before.
That's not because the people on this mailing list are inconsiderate
or unresponsive.  Quite the contrary -- a quick survey of the archives
will show that we here on the ifeffit mailing list are very generous
with our time.  We enjoy helping others, but none of us are mind
readers.  In this case, I imagine your question remains unanswered
because it is ambiguous and open-ended.
