[Ifeffit] small-screen version of Athena document

Actually, I was pleasently surprised by how little needed to be
done. I only spent about 2 hours on it last night.

I removed the graphic linking to the page about Klimt's painting of
Athena and I made all of the preformatted text narrower.  Also the
current incarnation of Explorer for Windows Mobile 6 (or at lease the
one on my new phone) doesn't do css.  So I had to alter some of the
font effects.

I also added a link for jumping over all the navigation stuff at the
top of the page, which itself had to me slightly modified to fit
attractively on a small screen.

There are still a few pages that render poorly on a narrow screen, but
on the whole it works well enough.

But now Charlotte can read it on the way home ;-)
